3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of IZIVAR Technologies Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work product developed for clients under a signed agreement is governed by the intellectual property provisions of that agreement. In the absence of such provisions, all deliverables remain the property of IZIVAR Technologies Private Limited until full payment is received.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms for specific services are defined in the applicable project agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
• IZIVAR Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. IZIVAR Technologies Private Limited may terminate immediately if a client breaches these Terms or a project agreement, or for non-payment of invoices.

Upon termination, all fees for work completed up to the termination date become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
